Weekend Wrap-up
Mar. 8th, 2004 01:42 pmFriday we went to see The Importance of Being Ernest by the Frederickstown Players in Frederick. We had a nice dinner, saw a wonderful show, got to visit with some very nice people. Then we got to try to drive home. After taking the somewhat scenic route (some of the signs were extremely not clear, got to bed late (12:45ish).
Saturday we went to Xpioti's house to drop of boxes for Terlan. I got to surprise her since I called her from her phone (she had gone out for lunch). We saw Hidalgo [1], then went to visit with my sister and pick some stuff up from her. Midnight and Willow (B's cats) were very glad to see us since we know how to properly entertain a cat. Midnight is just so shy ... NOT! Back to Xpioti's house, unload stuff, then off t o shop, get dinner, and run some other errands, work on taxes some more, talk, and to bed by 2:30am.
Sunday I worked on the house, went to the barn (with more boxes), watched the clinic (I really need to get back into a saddle at some point), went back t o sister's house to drop off some stuff, then flew home to hook up with a friend on IM. When the IM failed, I called and we chatted, spent a few hours working on stuff around the house, talked to Chris for awhile, and was in bed by 1:00. UGH
